For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Ram Shankar Das(Spl.App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail for the accused-petitioners, namely, Bholi Sharma @ Bhola Sharma @ Bholi, Sudarshan Sharma and Lal Bahadur Sharma, in connection with Chousa Police Station Case No. 29 of 2015, under Sections 147/148/149/323/325/307/302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (i)(x) of the Schedules Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prohibition of Atrocities) Act.

Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Ram Shankar Das,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35731 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.

Considering the nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
