JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file his reply in the ongoing Encroachment Case No. 3 of 2019-20 pending before the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur, Vaishali. Liberty so sought is granted.

The petitioner may file appropriate reply within a period of four weeks from today in the ongoing Encroachment Case No. 3 of 2019-20, whereupon the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur, Vaishali shall consider the same and pass appropriate order u/s 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.9411 of 2022(3) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 Encroachment Act, 1956.

It is needless to state that for a period of 16 weeks from today, status quo existing as on today shall be maintained. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
