JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Ten liter country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 02.01.2019. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent of Excise Act prior to institution of the present case.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
