2. The petitioners seeks regular bail in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024 lodged on 05.03.2024 under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibitions And Excise Amendment Act, 2022

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against three known and two unknown accused persons against whom there is an allegation that there is recovery of 1323 Litre of foreign liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner are innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38529 of 2024(2) dt.27-05-2024 2/2 also submits that Petitioner no. 1 is driver and Petitioner no. 2 is co-driver. Counsel further submits that petitioners have clean antecedent and they are custody since 05.03.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present.

7. However, petitioner are at liberty to renew his prayer for bail three months after framing of charge. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
