The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner received 26524.00 quintals of paddy and he had to deliver 17771.88 quintals of rice. He delivered only 13770.00 quintals of rice. The petitioner did not deliver 4001 quintals of rice, price of which comes to Rs. 73, 80,945/-. The petitioner also lifted paddy in the year 2012-13 and he did not deliver rice worth Rs. 21, 67, 101/-.
It is submitted that certificate case is going on and petitioner is ready to deposit the amount in installments.

No.39054 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that certificate case is going on and petitioner is willing to deposit the amount, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Govindganj P.S. Case No. 98 of 2015.
