The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Cash of Rs. 50000/- and a mobile of the informant are said to have been plundered by two unknown motorcycle borne criminals on the point of firearm.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He is neither named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. There is nothing in the record indicating the complicity of the petitioner in the occurrence barring his

The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner has been languishing in custody since 01.11.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2018.
