The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25(1-b) a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was sleeping along with Md. Jafar in the house of Md. Jafar but one country made pistol is said to have recovered from under the pillow of Md. Jafar. No arms or ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Araria in Bousi P.S. Case No. 55/2015 (G.R. No. 1356/2015).
