JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-02-2017 By way of the present writ application the petitioner seeks direction to be issued to the respondents to fix and pay pension and other retiral dues to the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner retired from service of the State as Headmaster, Primary School, Sihroul, Block- Pipra, District- Supaul on 2nd April, 2008, the retiral dues have not been paid to him.

3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submitted that all the pensionary benefits of the petitioner have been

4. Learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna submitted that after receipt of the sanction order of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Supaul and completing the formalities, the authority has already been issued relating to payment of pension and gratuity.

5. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent State to ensure that payment of sanctioned and authorized amount under different heads of the retiral benefits must be credited to the account of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.
