2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepur P.S.Case No. 30 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the date of occurrence is of 24.02.2014. The criminals committed dacoity in the house of the informant on gun point.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2024. He is an absconder. He is accused in similar cases of dacoity and murder. Materials have come in the investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts that the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37944 of 2024(4) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 is absconder and charges have been framed in this case, this bail application is dismissed.

6. The Superintendent of Police, Madhubani is directed to produce the witnesses on the date fixed so that the trial is concluded at the earliest.
