Petitioner along with others were apprehended and on search from the possession of the petitioner bombs were recovered and on account thereof at an earlier occasion his prayer for bail was rejected. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 26.02.2014 and from the order dated 24.07.2015 in connection with session s trial No. 170 of 2015 it is apparent that charge has already been framed.
