JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation of firing is against co-accused Shivnath Goswami and so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he was also present along with other accused and abused the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
