2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 8/20(b)ii c/29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 194 Kg of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, Vinod Mandal and Gulai Mandal.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.3.2024.

5. Considering the huge recovery of Ganja, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
