1. The Writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:- (i). To quash /cancel the reservation Roaster of PDS Dealer dated 30.11.2017 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer, Lakhisarai.(Annexure-3) (ii) To confirm the previous PDS Dealer Roaster/ prospectus dated 06.11.2016 passed by food and civil supply Branch Sub-Divisional Officer,Lakhisarai, (Annexure-1)

2. It is specific contention of the Learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.2992 of 2018(3) dt.24-06-2025 2/2 counsel for the petitioner that he made a representation to the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai (Annexure-5) and the same is still pending.

3. On the other hand, the Learned counsel for the State contended that the representation does not contain any endorsement as to show that it was received by the Collector. Taking into consideration, that the representation is pending before the District Magistrate, this court is of the considerable view that District Magistrate, Lakhisarai shall pass appropriate order considering the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition stands disposed of.
