1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to declare him qualified in the B.E.T.E.T. conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board in the year 2017 as the petitioner has been declared disqualified due to shortage of one mark. The petitioner has obtained 80 marks out of minimum qualifying marks as 81 marks.

3. Learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board submits that the matter relates to B.E.T.E.T., 2017 and this writ application has now become infructuous in view of the fact that after 2017, the Bihar School Examination Board has

4. In view of the fact that subsequent examinations have been held in the year 2019 & 2021, this writ application has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
