JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2017 Following is the reliefs sought for, on behalf of the petitioner, in the present writ application:- 1.

For direction for payment of salary of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6265 of 2014 (7) dt.13-11-2017 2/3 working period of the petitioner from March 2012 till date.

For direction for taking suitable action against the then District Education Officer, Munger, Chairman of Bihar State Madarsa Education Board and Syed Azeez Hassan Secretary of the Managing Committee of the Madarsa for illegal payment of nearly an amount of Rs. 19 lakhs of salary to illegally appointed teacher Syed Ahamad Raza, Md. Imteaz Ahmed and absconding teacher Md. Nasiruddin from Government fund of the said Madarsa.

Considering the reliefs sought for, on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent no.8 i.e. Chairman, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Vidyapati Marg, Patna.

On filing of such representation by the petitioner, the Respondent no.8 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order, after hearing all the concerned parties, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
