It appears that except confessional statement of coaccused as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is obvious that two cases had been lodged against the petitioner but both the above stated cases were lodged in the year 1991 and 1992 respectively. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
