2. Earlier, the regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by a detailed order dated 19.04.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 70079 of 2022.

3. Merely because some other accused persons have been granted bail is not a ground for reconsideration of the matter afresh, as the petitioner has three criminal antecedents to his credit, including antecedents of similar nature of offences.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the involvement of the petitioner in similar nature of cases, it is not a fit case to grant the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38710 of 2024(2) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 privilege of bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.
