The petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in jail custody since 19-05-2015 in a case registered under Sections-341, 323, 504, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
No specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner and it appears from the impugned order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge that the learned Additional Sessions Judge had sent notice to the informant but she chose not to appear before the court.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named
