2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused Virendra Sahni assaulted the daughter of informant with iron rod and bamboo causing head injury to her.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation. Moreover, injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature. Petitioner is a lady and she claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35726 of 2023(3) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
