2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 37 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 400, 402, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code; Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8(c) and 21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. 6.64 grams of smack has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 16.02.2024.

4. Considering the recovery of intermediate quantity, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
