The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that one person rang him and requested the informant to send 15 tonnes of rice. The informant sent the rice which was unloaded near a house situated west from Panhas Chowk but no price was paid. It is alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons conspired together and misappropriated the money. Co-accused Sanjay Kumar Sharma and Vijay Singh have already been enlarged on bail. No specific allegation is alleged against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37269 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town (Lohiya Nagar) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2015.
