The petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.04.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the IPC.

It is alleged that the motorcycle of the informant was theft, leading to registration of FIR against unknown persons. Subsequently, during investigation, name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of co-accused, Sonu Kumar. Consequently, the petitioner also confessed his guilt. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has never been put on T.I. parade. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has never been put on T.I. parade and period under custody, coupled with the statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Dumraon (Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
