"1. That this is a writ petition on behalf of the Petitioner for issuance of appropriate writs/orders/directions for commanding Respondent No.2-the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna to decide Mutation Revision Case No.33 of 2020 filed by the petitioner after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing, as the same has not been decided within the period of 30 working days as contemplated in S.8(5) of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011."

2. Mrs. Vagisha Pragya Vacaknavi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Sajid Salim Khan, learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents are present and they are heard.

3. The main grievance raised by the petitioner in this writ petition is that his Mutation Revision Case no. 33 of 2020 is not being decided by the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna, despite the same being pending since 2020.

4. Mr. Sajid Salim Khan, learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents submits that the Divisional Commissioner may be directed to decide the petitioner's revision at the earliest.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the averments made in this writ petition, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with giving a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna to decide the petitioner's Mutation Revision Case no. 33 of 2020 within three months from the date of receipt or production of this order's copy, in accordance with law.
