2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondent-Authorities to permit the petitioner to join the services after becoming medically fit and also for payment of consequential benefits of salary.

3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during pendency of this case, the respondent-Authorities have already terminated the services of the petitioner vide Memo No. 424 dated 10.08.2023. In that view of the matter, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to file fresh application against the order contained in Memo No. 424 dated 10.08.2023.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application against the order contained in Memo No. 424 dated 10.08.2023, which has been passed during pendency of this case.
