No. 36 of 2013 arising out of Bagaha P.S. Case No. 24 of 2013 registered under Sections 20, 22, 23 and 24 of the N.D.P.S. Act. His prayer for bail has been rejected twice by this Court.
Regard being had to the specific bar created under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in course of trial, out of 8 charge-sheet witnesses, four have already been examined.
