The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted informant Arun Kumar Chaudhary. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with sickle on the left forearm of the informant. One injury has been found on the left forearm. Altogether five injuries have been found on the person of the informant and all the injuries are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
