Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) read with Section 13 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

175 litres of toddy were recovered while the said toddy was being carried by the petitioner on a motorcycle. Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.03.2019 and para 3 of the petition goes to show that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Katihar in connection with C.
