Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.04.2015 on the accusation that one looted mobile was recovered from his conscious possession but the seizure list does not bear the signature of petitioner and moreover, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the description of mobile given in the seizure list does not tally with the description of looted mobile. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
