2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2015 in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 364, 120(B), 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated only on the confessional statement of coaccused Varun Kumar who along with another F.I.R. named accused Khushbu Devi have been granted bail in B.P. Nos. 987 of 2015 and 806 of 2015. The petitioner has not named in the F.I.R. and he has been apprehended only on the basis of suspicion.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and

No.37357 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Surendra Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S.
