2. The petitioner in this application prays for grant of regular bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case no. 310 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
3. As per the prosecution case, on a search being conducted 53.325 litres of liquor was recovered from the Bari in premises of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent. No incriminating article has been recovered from petitioner's possession or the premises of his house. He is in custody since 9.3.2025 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R., his being in custody since 9.3.2025 and investigation in the case having concluded with submission of chargesheet, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case no. 310 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court no.1, East Champaran at Motihari.
