JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 The respondents have filed a counter affidavit, wherein an order dated 31.07.2019, issued by the Deputy General Manager (Administration), Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Patna, upon the orders of the Managing Director, has been annexed, whereby and whereunder it has been directed to recover a sum or Rs. 19.45 lacs approximately from the petitioner herein.

The learned counsel for the respondent- B.S.F.C. submits that the total payable amount of retiral dues is only a sum of Rs. 15 lacs an odd, hence some more amount is required

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 31.07.2019 issued by the Deputy General Manager (Administration), Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Patna by filing a fresh writ petition.

The present writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
