1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhopatpur P.S. Case no.24 of 2025 registered under sections 30(a), 32 and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that having received secret information to the effect that the petitioner was involved in preparation and sale of liquor near his house in the orchard, a raid was conducted and 40 litres of country liquor was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent. He has no concern either with the seized liquor nor with the place of its alleged seizure. He is in custody since

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the FIR, the alleged place of seizure not belonging to the petitioner but only being near the house of the petitioner together with the petitioner being in custody since 15.3.2025, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bhopatpur P.S. Case no.24 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court no.1, East Champaran at Motihari.
