Case No. 576 of 2013 dated 10.11.2013 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 385, 379 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and perused the FIR as contained in Annexure-3 to the present application. The allegations made therein do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence. In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in this application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
