The petitioner seeks bail in Sabour P.S. Case No. 53/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 66A of the I.T. Act. The informant received a call from a mobile bearing no. 9973737150 from which demand of extortion of Rs. 10 lacs was made. During course of investigation, it was found that the said sim was in the name of Immamun Khatoon, wife of Jabbar. The petitioner is the son of Immamun Khatoon from whose possession one mobile was recovered, but the police did not find out the sim. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in jail since 04.04.2015. He has already remained in jail for more than four and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35314 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Md.
