On 28.09.2022, after hearing learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. While going through the order before signing it, it was detected that the P.S. Case No. has wrongly been typed in the bail application as it was wrongly mentioned in the impugned order and differing with the F.I.R. and this has occasioned to list this case under the heading 'To Be Mentioned'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts this position and seeks four weeks' time to rectify the same and to file a supplementary affidavit in this regard.
