JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Town Case No. 355 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner on remand in the present case is in custody since 04.01.2019.He further submits that other similarly circumstanced co-accused Sintu Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 08.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30726 of 2019.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that other co-accused Sintu Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 08.05.2019 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34833 of 2020(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 Cr. Misc. No.30726 of 2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Town Case No. 355 of 2018.
