The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120(B), 341, 323, 379, 354(B), 380, 504, 505/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Witch Practices Act.

It is alleged that all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioner have entered into the house of the informant and assaulted her by calling her a witch. The accused persons also outraged the modesty of the informant. When brother of the informant came to

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and in the background of some previous dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Benipatti in connection with Bisf (Patauna) P.S.
