The petitioner seeks bail in Warisnagar P.S. Case No.205 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police intercepted an Alto car for which 207 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered. The petitioner and Raja Babu were apprehended from inside the car. The petitioner is in jail since 01.09.2020. For the recovery of 207 litres of Indian made foreign liquor, petitioner is in jail for about five months.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. Sessions
