2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act and Sections 17A, 27, 29, 32 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner tried to flee away from the place of occurrence with tractor loaded with stones after seeing the police. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the accusation and antecedent of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
