2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2), 74, 303(2), 352, 351(2), & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., on 12.04.2025, all the named accused persons including this petitioner came to the house of informant, abused and thereafter assaulted her by means of Lathi. It is further alleged that when husband & mother-in-law of informant came to save her, they were also assaulted by accused persons with Lathi & iron rod. The accused persons also snatched earring from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40341 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 parties are Gotiyas and due to land dispute, simple Maarpeet took place. Injuries, caused by this petitioner, is simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts & circumstances of the case as well as nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 286 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
