According to the prosecution case itself, deceased was second wife of the petitioner and furthermore, it is admitted case of the prosecution that marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the petitioner in the year 2014 and at the time of marriage not only informant but the deceased also were aware of this fact that first wife of the petitioner was alive and even knowing the aforesaid fact, informant got solemnized marriage of the deceased with the petitioner. In course of investigation, statement of co-villagers of the petitioner were recorded by the Investigating officer and co-villagers stated that there was some quarrel between the deceased and first wife of the petitioner as a result of which deceased consumed poison. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
