2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 423 of 2018, registered under Sections 363, 341, 323, 427, 385, 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In view of the recent decision of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Another, reported in 2021 SSC OnLine SC 176, this second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. It is accordingly, dismissed.

4. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned
