The petitioner seeks bail in Asarganj P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A, 26(i) and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended by the villagers and from the possession of the petitioner arms and ammunitions were recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in jail since 08.12.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Mousami Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Munger, in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No. 59/2014.
