2. Learned counsel for the appellant is speculating that parties have entered into settlement among themselves. However, appellant is not in contact with the appellant's Advocate. He had also not appeared before the Mediation.

3. In order to provide one more opportunity to the appellant's counsel, re-list this matter on 04.02.2025. If there are no instructions in that even we are compelled to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution on the next date of hearing."
