Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out, by the office, within a period of four weeks from the date of restoration of normalcy. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No.280 of 2017 arising out of Khodawandpur (Chhaurahi O.P.) Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11929 of 2021(3) dt.08-09-2021 2/2 A report was called for from the trial court. It has been reported that out of ten prosecution witnesses, seven prosecution witnesses have already been examined and only two official witnesses and one non official witness are yet to be examined in the present case.

Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.
