Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. The informant alleges that he was intercepted by three unknown criminals who snatched his motorcycle, tab and cash. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR is against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Sandip Kumar Yadav in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35998 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 police custody which does not have any evidentiary value in the eye of law. Learned counsel further submits at the cost of repetition that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 104 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father Damodar Yadav @ Damodar Hari Prasad Yadav.
