The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Turkoliya P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the house of the Subodh Kumar @ Mangal Kumar and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period
