2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner No.1 is alleged to have given knife blow to the brother of the informant and petitioner No. 2 is alleged to have given daggers blow on the chest of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that injury caused by petitioner No. 2 is simple in nature.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioners and stated that petitioner No. 1 have

6. Considering the nature of injury and accusation of petitioner No. 1, the pre-arrest bail petition of petitioner No . 1 is hereby rejected.

7. Considering the nature of injury caused by petitioner No . 2 and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner No . 2 , as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. case no. 467 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
