Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 53 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 25 liters of liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.4.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more one month ,
