JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 24-04-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has pointed out that the petitioner has not submitted any bill for the alleged work done by her. It is also submitted that a Joint Committee was constituted for inquiring into the grievances of the petitioner, whereafter the said committee tried to contact the petitioner as also her husband was contacted but the petitioner failed to either appear or produce any document before the Joint

Patna High Court MJC No.1577 of 2023(4) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 Committee, thus, at the moment, no claim of the petitioner is pending for consideration, nonetheless, an advance amount of Rs. 78,969/- has already been drawn by the petitioner but the petitioner is yet to submit bill for the same. In this regard, the report of the Joint Committee dated 17.08.2023 has been produced before this court by way of Annexure-A to the show cause filed in the present case, which has been perused by us.

2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we find that no disobedience much less any violation of the orders of this court dated 05.04.2022 passed in CWJC No. 15084 of 2021 has been prima facie committed by the opposite parties, hence, there is no need to proceed further in the present case.

3. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
